Leash Law
The town has a leash law which prohibits animals from leaving the owner’s property unaccompanied. It is also unlawful for any person to abandon or leave any animal within the town. All dogs and cats must be vaccinated for rabies and have a collar with a tag showing the owner’s name and telephone number.
Please be respectful to your neighbors by keeping your animals in your yard. This law will be enforced.

Dog Pound hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
