All owners and occupants of homes or businesses within the Town of Livonia are required to install their physical address numbers on their property for identification by emergency 911 departments.

The numbers must be made of high reflective material and at least 4" per number.

This small requirement is very crucial to be identified in the event of an emergency.  It could mean life or death!

 BULKY WASTE & WHITE GOODS COLLECTIONS

The P.C. Parish Police Government provides collection of white goods and bulky waste at roadside for residents.

White Goods: washers, dryers, stoves, ovens, refrigerators, A/C, hot water heaters, and other small appliances.

Bulky Waste: tree limbs and branches no longer than 8 feet in length and 24 inches in diameter, furniture, mattresses.  No wire or metal, or construction debris.

Collection dates:    1st full week and 3rd  week of each month.

The Town of Livonia ask that you refrain from putting this roadside until the weekend prior to pickup to avoid flying debris and drainage restrictions.

POINTE COUPEE PARISH MOSQUITO

Our updated website allows residents to submit mosquito service requests directly to the parish contractor. Just scroll down the homepage at www.pcparish.org and click on the mosquito control button. 
You can also reduce the mosquito population by:
  Draining anything that might collect water.
  Keeping your lawn mowed to reduce resting sites.
  Filling in any low spots in your yard that might hold water.
  Flushing bird baths at least once a week.
  Removing vegetation and debris from ditches.
  Keeping pools clean and in operating condition.
  Cleaning ponds and stocking with minnows.

NOTICE - GARGABE PICKUP CHANGES EFFECTIVE JULY 3, 2023

Garbage will be picked up only once a week.  Pickup will be on Tuesdays for those who live north of US HWY 190 and Fridays for those who live south of US HWY 190.
